How to cope in hot weather
Exposure to high temperatures can be harmful to our bodies. There is a risk of dehydration, exacerbation of chronic diseases and heat stroke. If this happens, you should stop all activity for several hours, cool down, rest in a cool place and drink water and fruit juice.
